What is PVC marble sheet?
PVC marble sheet refers to a PVC sheet laminated with a thin marble finish. Its base material, that is, PVC sheet, usually refers to PVC foam sheet (PVC celuka board) suitable for decoration and construction. Lamination is the manufacturing process of PVC marble sheets. We use PUR hot melt adhesive to make the marble surface firmly adhere to the surface of PVC foam sheets. What options are available for marble finishes?
The marble surface materials used in our factory include PVC film and PETG film. What they have in common is that they both have a high gloss and a clear marble effect. The main difference between them lies in the thickness. The thickness of PVC film is generally between 0.14mm and 0.25mm, while the thickness of PETG film is 0.35mm. From the perspective of the finished product, the PVC marble sheet laminated with PETG film looks more upscale than the PVC marble sheet laminated with PVC film, and its surface is also harder.
